Planning
on vacationing in Cuba
this year? MBNA Canada Bank, a subsidiary of Bank of America and subject to
American trading laws, took over CUETS on October 1, 2007. This means that Credit Union MasterCard
can no longer be used in countries with volatile political situations,
including Cuba, Iran, Myanmar,
North Korea and Sudan.
Please make arrangements to use an alternative credit card if you plan to
visit any of these countries in the future.
